These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the EV Charge (Pty) Ltd (“EV Charge”) website at https://www.evcharge.co.za (“the Website”) and the purchase of EV charging equipment products from us. By accessing the Website or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Products Pricing and Availability
Product images and descriptions are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
– Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
– Prices and availability are valid in South Africa on the day displayed and may change without notice.
– Promotional offers may be subject to conditions and stock availability.
2. Errors
If an obvious or inadvertent pricing or product error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible if this happens.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders placed on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms.
– Orders are confirmed by email once accepted.
– Payment must be made using the available payment methods shown at checkout. EFT orders will only be processed once payment has cleared.
– We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity.
4. Delivery
We deliver throughout South Africa using third party courier services.
– Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
– You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
– A person receiving the order at the delivery address is deemed authorised to accept delivery.
– Risk passes to you when the products are delivered to you or your authorised recipient.
5. EV Charging Safety
Customers are required to ensure compliance with our Safety Notice.
6. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

7. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, belongs to EV Charge and may not be used without permission.
9. Liability
Products are used at your own risk. EV Charge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
– If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
– Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
– These Terms form the entire agreement relating to online purchases.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on the Website.
